Chris is a sustainable urbanist with an interest in residential development, affordable housing and believes that the four pillars of sustainability (environmental, social, cultural, and economic) can help improve urban development, encourage diversity, and form inviting communities.
Chris' interests include exploring residential real estate, innovative housing solutions, pedestrian-oriented urban design, and tall building sustainable design. His qualifications include having experience in the not-for-profit housing sector, 3D modeling, and conducting planning research pertaining to affordable housing development. His degree in planning has allowed him to take his profound interests and education in social sciences, geography, and urban planning and understand how appropriate policy can be implemented to achieve equitable spaces and desired municipal outcomes, benefits, and goals.
